After your projects have been returned to you, the job is still not finished for us. We are not satisfied until all of the selected files have been returned on-time and your data has successfully accomplished the task for which it was intended. For some clients, we will provide post-sale database maintenance, technical support, and continue to communicate with them about any product information. Though it is a rare occurrence, if a customer is not satisfied with an IBD product, our company will immediately take possession of any data that requires additional attention. We will re-process that data immediately, regardless of time of day, time zones, or holidays.
